Zavies Inc. was founded by Darryl Simpson and launched November 2018. Growing up he had a fondness for fragrances and while working front desk at a luxury condominium he noticed resident’s fragrances projected confidence and status. While in business school studying for his masters degree he developed a business plan for an affordable luxury brand. He shortly after worked in sales for an online retailer where he gained insight and perfected his skills. His passion, experience and education came together to turn his vision into a reality. Darryl decided to create his own line of original men, women, and unisex fine fragrances made cruelty-free in America. Darryl’s middle name is Xavier and his mother calls him “Zavie” for short. His mother is who introduced him to fragrances. Zavies is pronounced ZAY-VEEZ.
